I love this delicious tea! It’s perhaps the only tea I enjoy now. The taste is pleasant, herbal and spicy. I brew it an hour before bed and always sleep better after drinking it. Holy basil is an excellent adaptogen that supports adrenal function and regulates cortisol levels. I highly recommend it!

Tulsi tea, decaffeinated, was recommended by my nutritionist as a sleep aid and for supporting adrenal function. I appreciate that it’s organic and has a mild, sweet taste with a chamomile aroma. It effectively makes me drowsy before bed.

It even works! A doctor prescribed it for better sleep and to aid tired adrenal glands. After taking tiraledzhena and this tea, I find myself wanting to sleep within the hour. Without it, I struggle to stay asleep and frequently wake. My mother has also benefited from it.

Unfortunately, it didn't have a calming effect on me. I found that I slept worse after drinking this tea, contrary to expectations. I read this could be due to the depletion of my adrenal glands; ultimately, it didn’t suit me.

An excellent tea for lowering evening cortisol levels. My doctor prescribed it as part of my adrenal gland restoration regimen. Drinking 1-2 cups in the evening makes it easier to fall asleep, though I find the bagged versions less economical.
